Welcome to the MOZAIC registration page!

MOZAIC is a Reciprocal Mentorship Program organised by EMCC Romania for the EMCC community. This is the place where you can exchange knowledge and expertise as mentor and/or mentee and sharpen your reflection skills, while continuously developing as EMCC members and accredited professionals.

After 2 successful rounds within the EMCC Romania community, we would like to open up this opportunity to learn and connect to all EMCC Global colleagues, as a means to honour the values of Inclusiveness and Cultural Diversity.

All communication from the project team will be in English. However, with your mentor or mentee, you can use any language you both share, as language compatibility is part of the matching process.

Why reciprocal mentorship? Because we all have unique strengths and specific areas of expertise, and there are many valuable things to share with colleagues who wish to develop in those areas, as well.

The program runs from January to November and thanks to its periodic structure allows you to join whenever you want and stay for as long as you need. For a more detailed description of how the program works you can check this document.

Please enter the email address you wish to use for the MOZAIC program through the Odyssey platform. The registration process takes 5-10 minutes.

A unique password will be sent to the email address entered below. For security reasons, the Odyssey platform uses temporary passwords and does not employ the traditional username and password system. Your access to your registration data is provided via a temporary password, which is sent to the email address you used to register on the platform. This temporary password is valid for a period of 2 hours.

Since access to the system (for data modification) is infrequent, the advantage for you is that there is no need to remember or write down a password. Additionally, you won't be tempted to reuse a password from elsewhere—three practices that are discouraged in today’s digital world. All you need to access the system is access to your email.

The Access code is the code given by your organization or the program coordinator to access the registration form.

MOZAIC Program Framework

Registration

The MOZAIC program is structured in series of 6 weeks each.
The MOZAIC program offers you mentoring sessions and guided reflection meetings in pairs.
As a reciprocal mentoring program, to be a mentor in the program, it is necessary to participate simultaneously as both a mentor and a mentee or reflection partner.
Registration for mentoring or reflection in pairs is open throughout the program (January - November 2025), until the start of the last series.
A participant is committing to participate to as many series as he/she is available, as long as all started series are completed and the corresponding feedback form is filled in.

For mentoring

After registering on the platform, at the start of each series, you will receive the contact details of your mentoring pair(s).
As a mentee, you will be assigned a mentor based on the availability of mentors registered in the programme.
As a mentor, you will be assigned up to three mentees based on the preferences you expressed during registration.
Each mentor-mentee pair is invited to meet at least once during one series (6 weeks).
At the end of each series, you will receive a feedback form via email, where you can provide feedback on your mentoring pair and indicate whether you wish to continue with the same person.
After the feedback processing period, a reallocation of mentor-mentee pairs will be made for those who wish to change.
A mentoring pair continues if both participants (mentor and mentee) have expressed the desire to continue working together.
Each mentor commits to attending at least one group supervision session, one group mentoring session and one group reflection session, as part of the MOZAIC programme participation.

For Reflection in Pairs

After registering on the platform for reflection in pairs, you will receive the contact details of your reflection partner at the start of the next series.
For each series, a reflection theme relevant for continuous professional development will be provided.
Each reflection pair is invited to meet at least once during one series.
At the end of each series, each participant will receive a feedback form via email, where they can provide feedback on their reflection pair and indicate whether they wish to remain active in the reflection programme, in accordance with rule 3 of the registration process.
The feedback form must be completed at the end of each series.
Members of the reflection pairs will each receive a new pair for each series.
All MOZAIC participants active as reflection partners commit to attending at least one group reflection session and one group mentoring session, as part of the MOZAIC programme participation.

Feedback and Profile Update

The feedback form is completed at the end of each series by both mentoring and reflection in pairs participants.
Only by providing feedback for the current series will you be able to participate in the next one. You can continue in the next series even if no meeting took place, as long as you specify the reasons in the feedback form.
You can update your profile at any time, and any changes will be taken into account for the next series.

The MOZAIC program offers you the opportunity to develop your mentoring skills, expand your expertise, and connect with colleagues from the EMCC community. Participation in the MOZAIC program is NOT an opportunity to promote or sell products or services, regardless of their category.

Data Processing

Upon registering on the platform, you will provide real and complete information about yourself.
Personal information will only be used within the program's platform and by the platform managers for creating mentor-mentee and reflection partner relationships. Information such as name, email address, city, skills, and shared hobbies will only be visible to the partner after the matching process.
Your data can be removed from the platform at your request.
After the data is removed, you will no longer be able to use the platform unless you restart the registration process.
