Welcome to the MOZAIC registration page!
MOZAIC is a Reciprocal Mentoring Programme organised by EMCC Romania for the EMCC community. MOZAIC was awarded ISMCP Gold level accreditation by EMCC Global, and it opened globally in 2025. It is the place where you can exchange knowledge and expertise as mentor and/or mentee and sharpen your reflection skills, while continuously developing as EMCC members and accredited professionals.
The areas of expertise for mentors and development for mentees include personal development and support, types, work contexts, and professional challenges, business acumen, and developing your own business.
All communication from the MOZAIC team and the group meetings are in English. However, with your mentoring or reflection partners, you can use any language you both speak, as language compatibility is also part of the matching process.
The programme's current edition runs between February-November 2026, in periodic series, allowing for regular follow-ups on mentoring relationships and updates to preferences. For a more detailed description of how the programme works you can check this document.
